The summer solstice is a celebration of light, not just around us, but within us. It marks a peak of growth, a moment of clarity, and a sacred turning point. As the sun stands still, nature invites us to pause, to reflect, and to realign with our inner fire. At Lunar Links we love being guided by nature, allowing it to help align our lives to pattern that matches the energy around us. We are incredibly excited to bring you a gorgeous wellness retreat on this extra special sun filled weekend.

What to expect

At the heart of this retreat is you, finding you ways to unwind, shift focus, learn new grounding techniques, move your body, and release. If you know us, you know we love a good release, and if you don't know us yet we can promise you it can be truly magic to let go.

The weekend will be hosted in the beautiful Fair Oak Farm in East Sussex. The grounds are vast and stunning, consisting of many different accommodations, all listed below. Find the perfect accommodation for you, prices will vary and they are first come first serve.

You will have a opportunity to join daily yoga classes, a sound bath, breathwork session, yoga posture clinic and yoga nidra. All classes are included in the weekend and you can take part in as many as you like. We will end everyday around the fire with deep chats, journalling what we're grateful for and burning lists of release. The estate also offer the use of an infra-red sauna.

Arrival will be Friday the 19th from 4pm and departure is anytime on Sunday the 21st. Morning Yoga and a delicious brunch will be offered on Sunday morning, you are free to leave whenever you like, or stay and enjoy the estate all day.

You will receive a full itinerary of activities, classes and what bring the week before the retreat. Your day can be as full or free as you choose.

Meet Alix and Brittney, founders of Lunar Links Wellbeing

Alix Coleman

Time is a precious resource and it should be spent doing the things that fill your heart. Alix's approach to the weekend will be in encouraging you to flow with the rhythm that's right for you, soothe the nervous system through meditative experiences, teach ways to reawaken the body and welcome the shift that happens when we move from doing to being.

Alix makes going on retreat part of her self-care by way of staying in ashrams in India to weekends away deepening her yoga practice and travelling solo to further personal growth and spiritual healing. So if you're looking to come alone or with a friend, we are here to support you along the way!

Brittney Emley

Watching people grow and evolve—through powerful movement and moments of deep stillness—is at the heart of Brittney’s work. She has a natural gift for bringing people together, creating spaces where connection feels easy and growth feels possible. In her lighthearted manner, she gently coaches and encourages, helping each person access their own potential in a way that feels authentic and empowering.

Brittney has been teaching in the yoga and wellbeing space since 2010 and is recognised by Yoga Alliance as a Senior Yoga Teacher. She has over two decades of dedicated personal practice, including years of training and competing in national yoga competitions. This experience has given her a deep respect for the body’s wisdom and a refined understanding of alignment, breath, and movement.

She is excited to share her experience and care on this retreat, creating space for connection, balance, and meaningful personal growth.

Fair Oak Farm

A stunning countryside estate consisting of 17 unique bedrooms, gorgeous field views, a yoga barn, cozy corners to curl up in and a communal fire pit for evening reflection. All only an hour away from London.

Wellness Classes

Brittney and Alix have been teaching yoga and wellness classes for 16 years and come with extensive knowledge. They founded Lunar Links Wellbeing in 2023 and have been running Women's circles for the Full Moon monthly ever since

Chef Stuart Mathieson

Stuart’s illustrious career started out in fine dining restaurants of his native Scotland, on to super yachts and luxury ski chalets. This led to working worldwide, regularly cooking for celebrities and several heads of state.

Start salivating at the sound of sweet chilli prawn poke bowl, oak smoked salmon, roasted beef sirloin, potato tortilla with Spanish ham and raspberry & chocolate profiteroles.

Fair Oak Farm

Fair Oak Farm in East Sussex, described by The Evening Standard as the Ultimate Country Retreat, is a beautiful 12 acre country estate - with resident alpacas and huggable sheep - in a protected area of outstanding beauty only one hour from London. Stay in a stunning and spacious Eco Lodge Treehouse enjoying uninterrupted valley views from your bed or balcony. Cosy up in the gorgeous Shepherds Huts in the orchard, or stay in the old farmhouse, or converted barn which is full of character and charm.

The retreat costs **£450 + your choice of accommodation. *from £245**

Included in your retreat cost is full board meals,

classes and workshops from two highly experienced teachers

use of the infra-red sauna and the entire Fair Oaks Estate.

There is a massive range of accommodation to suit your needs with options for both single and double occupancy.

The booking is non-refundable but 100% transferable. You are responsible for your own transfer.

A £250 non-refundable deposit will secure your booking.

The remainder can be paid over two equal payments, one 12 weeks before the retreat and the second 6 weeks before the retreat.

Grade II Listed Farmhouse (4 bedrooms)

The Grade II Listed farmhouse oozes rustic charm and character, with oak beams and a unique stylish interior. The oldest parts of the traditional Sussex building were first built in 1599. There are four bedrooms along with spacious communal areas including two reception rooms and lovely dining room. Plus there’s a large pretty patio area at the back in the garden with lots of table and chairs.

A lovely spot to enjoy a cuppa in the sunshine.

Master Bedroom (Reserved)

Single Occupancy Only - £395

Huge and characterful master bedroom in the farmhouse, with double bed, dressing room and ensuite bathroom. This room has two windows with lovely views over the gardens. The spacious communal areas include two reception rooms, lovely dining room and pretty patio area at the back with table and chairs where you can enjoy the sun.

Bedroom 2 in the Farmhouse SOLD OUT

Single or Double Occupancy - £345

A spacious, characterful and charming bedroom at the front of the historic original part of the house with pretty valley views to the south. Double bed and one single day bed with ensuite bathroom. The spacious communal areas include two reception rooms, lovely dining room and pretty patio area at the back with table and chairs where you can enjoy the sun.

Bedroom 3 and 4 in the Farmhouse

Spend the weekend in this historic, characterful Grade II Listed Oast House. There are two bedrooms along with spacious communal areas including living room, kitchen and courtyard area with table and chairs.

The entire first floor is open to the eaves and provides a huge master bedroom with Super King size bed, half-height TV wall separating the wardrobes and dressing area which leads to a luxury bathroom with walk-in person shower behind a glass partition and large luxury roll top bath.

The two cosy Shepherds Huts sit in the orchard enclosed by beech hedges. Each hut has a double bed, kitchenette, small bathroom and private outdoor seating area. The huts are fully insulated and heated, and also have small log burners.

The Hay Barn is a spacious detached converted barn nestled in the same ancient tree line as the eco-lodge tree houses, overlooking the Alpaca fields and providing an open-plan studio space with kitchenette, double bed, seating, shower room and fully glazed doors leading to a private patio screened by native trees.

The Grain Store is a large detached barn with double bed, bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower, plus open plan living room with exposed timbers, flagstone flooring, sofa and kitchen.

The Converted Barn (3 bedrooms)

A collection of converted barns surround a pretty courtyard with outdoor seating. The main barn provides a central, communal space. Accommodation is in the The Stable Cottage & The Cow Sheds (2).
