About us

Founded in 2023 by friends Alix & Brittney, Lunar Links Wellbeing is about union with support at its heart. Combining their skills in Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra & Reiki, Lunar Links Wellbeing encourages self-development and reflection under the guidance of the Moon and within Women’s Circles.
Since ancient times, wise women have gathered in circles as healers, community leaders, mystics and medicine women, all with the intent to share stories, learn and support each other.
Lunar Links’ resolve is to carry on this tradition, to hold space for those looking to amend or manifest, assist in the release from burdens and uphold the values of the age-old ritual of honouring the time we have together.

Meet our Ceremony Guides

Alix Coleman

Co-Founder

Through yoga, Alix became interested in the lunar cycles and how they affect us emotionally and rhythmically.
As her eagerness into aligning with the Moon's cycles grew, she met Brittney. With her warm smile, kind heart and readiness to work in partnership, Lunar Links was born with the intention to bring a beautiful community of women together, under the guidance of the Moon.

Alix enjoys welcoming like-minded women into her home and feels privileged she gets to do what she loves whilst being home with her family and "therapy dog," Calypso!

Brittney Emley

Co-founder

Brittney has always been at her most inquisitive when looking up at the nights sky. She would spend many warm summer nights in Canada staring up the moon and stars, looking for answers to all her questions.

Brittney's life guided her to a career as a yoga teacher, which brought her to England. When she met Alix it was an instant, easy connection. Alix reignited Brittney's love of the night sky, bringing her back to all those questions she used to ask it. Brittney discovered that aligning to the Moon's cycles was the answer she was looking for.

Brittney looks forward to every Moon ceremony so she can share her knowledge with women who are looking for answers to the same questions she was asking.
