Yoga

Yoga is derived from the word yoking meaning brining together. Preforming the physical element of yoga creates a perfect union, or yoking, of the mind, body and spirit. 

With many styles of yoga taught by both Brittney and Alix you are sure to find a class that is exactly what your body is craving.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra or "Yogic Sleep" is a guided meditation usually practiced lying down in Savasana. The practice is composed of a series of body, breath and awareness techniques that are designed to drop you from the thinking mind into the feeling body which naturally drops you into the Being state.
Alix invites you to set an intention or "Sankalpa" as a way to focus on something you'd like to manifest and achieve for yourself and others around us. 
It is a deeply healing and effortless practice that supports your health and overall wellbeing. 

Breathwork

Pranayama or breathwork is an ancient tool to help shift the nervous system. The same techniques preformed by the monks of our past are still used today to help calm the body and mind. It is a profound way to deal with stress, anxiety and insomnia. 

Brittney guides breathwork sessions that both invigorate and calm the nervous system, always finishing in a deeply relaxed mediative state. 

Reiki

Reiki healing is a safe and gentle technique that helps to relieve stress and brings you back into a calm state of being. Reiki energy tunes into the healing frequencies of the 7 Chakras and raises the vibratory level of the energy field in and around the physical body. So as your body becomes more relaxed, the Reiki works to clear and heal the energy pathways leaving you feeling lighter in your body and clearer in your mind. Sensations of warmth & tingling can be felt in your body and seeing colours or imagery. Alix offers hands on or off your body to suit your needs.
